This project is located at Kuala Lumpur, Lakeville Residence, with the concept of modern industrial, the owner manage to renovate the house with the budget around RM50,000. This house renovation included TV Panel with 12fr and new breakfast counter with solid surface top 6fr size by using those material; Body Material: Chipboard carcass. Laminated Finish and Door Material: Laminated at the house hall area. At the same area also supply and install 8mm laminated flooring 6.5 sqf, supply and install new featured wall with brick design 20 sqf and supply and install 3″ new pvc skirting
Other than that, balcony also have some works which is creating and installing hanging cabinet for laundry size 4fr.
The major renovation in this project is the kitchen. The kitchen renovation details are;
